You can call these coffees a number of names. They are rare, cream of the crop, micro-lots or we could only purchase a small amount. We call them Ultra-Specialty because they are first and foremost Specialty Grade, but they are also rare, unusual and sometimes a once in a lifetime offering we'll never see again.
