The term “Ultra-Specialty” is something we use to describe coffees that are above and beyond our every-day coffees. These coffee offerings are very hard to find and, in some cases, a once in a lifetime experience. Some of the coffees will only be available through this gift subscription.
We are offering a 3 month, Ultra-Specialty Coffee Subscription for those individuals that want to experience the best of the best. In this subscription, will offer Gesha coffees, honey processed, anaerobically fermented and true micro-lots that score into the 90’s. They will only be offered in 8 oz. and 16 oz. bags. We roast them based on our experience. You can expect that nothing will be roasted dark or super-light.
These are very high-end coffees and we want you to be able to experience them the right way. Here are our suggestions and some FAQ’s when ordering.
- We recommend that you order them as whole bean and grind right before you brew them. This will ensure you will enjoy them more fully.
- If buying for someone else, make sure they have a grinder or you know how they brew it.
- This subscription is prepaid and you are only charged once.
- The specially prepared package will ship each month based on the week you purchase the subscription. For example - If you pay for it in the first week of December, then we ship the subscription the first week of each month.
- We only ship when we know they will arrive without delay, likely at the beginning of the week. We don’t want them to sit in some hot or cold warehouse over the weekend.
- Each coffee will have extensive farm level detail and tasting notes included with each shipment.
