Fifty years of sugaring wisdom go into every jug of Bill Rist’s maple syrup. A lifetime Chesterland, OH resident, Bill developed a love of nature, trees and making syrup at an early age. Each batch of syrup is cooked in the sugar shack he built himself using a combination of modern technology and old-wold craftsmanship. Of course, his syrup is great on waffles and pancakes but don’t forget to try it in your coffee, on ice cream or in recipes that call for sweetener.
