Shipping policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Depending on the shipping method chosen, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In most cases your shipping notification will include a tracking number for you to monitor. Please note that some orders with chocolate products, we may reserve the right to hold the order until more favorable temperatures are available. We try and not ship chocolate during heat waves!

We do not guarantee shipping times unless specifically stated in your order.

Subscription Shipping

By purchasing a recurring subscription in the amount and frequency referenced at checkout, you will continue to receive and be charged the same amount for each installment until you cancel, pause, or change your subscription preferences.  You can always cancel, pause, or change your subscription preferences from your account.  The term of your subscription is continuous unless otherwise stated in your specific subscription.

Subscriptions do not qualify for the “free shipping over $100” offer. The cost of shipping is shown during the check-out process and broken down by line item. If subscription items and non-subscription items are in the same cart, they will be listed with different shipping costs. If non-subscription roasted coffee items are over $100 and you shipping to a state covered under the free shipping policy, shipping will be free. 

Holiday Shipping

Now more than ever, shipping of just about everything is delayed. Add the increased volume of holiday parcels and things slow down. During the holidays it is not surprising that packages take an additional 3-4 days to arrive. Please have patience and order early when possible.
