Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on roasted coffee orders $99 or more to most states. Orders will ship economy shipping. Free shipping is not valid on non-coffee products, single-serve (K-Cups), and certain Ultra-Specialty coffee items that require additional insurance.
Larger orders that require bigger boxes, normally over $150, have a large box surcharge of $6.00.
Please note that certain states are not eligible for the Free Shipping offer including Alaska, Texas, Florida, Oregon, Washington, and California. Shipping to these states is normally 3x more than shipping anywhere else in the US. We do offer a West Coast Flat Rate shipping option which is normally half the cost of actual shipping rates.
Holiday Shipping
During the holidays, shipping times will be longer than normal. Shipping costs will also be higher as all shippers (UPS, USPS, and FedEx) have inflated holiday rates. This is due to the massive increase in package volume during this time. Please plan ahead and understand we're a very small business.
Standard and Expedited Shipping
We offer numerous other shipping options through UPS and USPS if you would like your order to arrive faster. One of our most popular options is the flat rate, same-day shipping option. When coffee orders are received before noon, we can ship them the same day!
Flat Rate Shipping
If the order contains green coffee or subscriptions, shipping is based on a flat rate cost. The order will ship at the lowest cost shipping method.
Please note that certain states are not covered in the Flat Rate Shipping Amounts.
