We've made some improvements to how you access your account on our website. Starting April 6 you'll sign in using a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email — no password needed!
Here's how it works:
- Go to figleafcoffeecompany.com and click "Log in"
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code
- Enter the code to access your account instantly
That's it — no password to remember, and it's more secure than ever.
Your order history, subscriptions, and saved info are all still there — nothing has changed except how you log in. If you have a subscription with us your subscription is unaffected — you'll manage it the same way, just with the new login.
Why did we make this change?
This newer method of logging in is much more secure. It prevents bad actors from creating hundreds of fake accounts on our end which are used to test stolen credit cards. It also helps minimize your risk of being impacted by lost passwords. Faster, easier and more secure.
