Summary

This coffee was originally added to our listing during the full solar eclipse in 2024 and became a fast customer favorite. We sold out and we had to wait for the current year crop to get released but we finally brought it back to our menu. This year the coffee carries with it some additional magic as it's a single variety from a single farm.  Enjoy!

Flavor Profile

This coffee is roasted dark but not a French roast level. It is very rich, bold but ultra-smooth with no bitter tones to it. It has as clean finish which lets you enjoy cup after cup! 

It is loaded with chocolate notes but also pushes some heavy molasses undertones. I find there is some mild pecan notes hidden on the finish. We've tried this as a drip, Chemex, French Press, Aeropress as well as a percolator and it performed well in all of those brewing methods. I would also recommend it for a single origin espresso shot too.
