The Simbai region just over the Bismarck Range that boarders the Western Highlands Province. This is where some of the best coffee of all Papua New Guinea comes from, including this specific coffee. All the coffee from the area is flown out by small planes to the larger wash-plants and grading stations.

Flavor Profile

You will get tons of perfume floral notes on the nose right before you take a sip. That's mixed with a chocolate tone. Upon first taste, you will get light florals with milk chocolate, red pear and some mild green apple. It finishes with a nutty overtone that leaves your mouth happy.
