Brewing Recommendations: This coffee brews nicely a number of ways because it is a medium-dark. My favorites are Chemex, Drip and Pour Over, though French Press is also stellar.
Flavor Profile
This year the coffee is beyond smooth, almost silky and rich with a full body. It has notes of Toasted Nuts, Brown Spices, Dark Cocoa and cooked stone-fruit. It actually tastes like the holidays.
