This Organic Huang Shan Dong Ding blends Taiwanese know-how and tea making techniques and adapts them to one of the most prestigious and mythical tea growing areas of the world: the Huang Shans of China. Our Organic Dong Ding is made according to the traditional methods.
The health benefits of Oolong teas are well documented including high levels of antioxidants and Dong Ding is no exception. In addition, the concentration of polyphenols found in Dong Ding Oolongs, triggers the enzyme that is responsible for dissolving fat thus has powerful weight reduction qualities.
Like our other organic Chinese Oolongs, Dong Ding may be infused up to three times, with each infusion revealing a new side of this tea's complex flavor.
