Tie Kuan Yin Organic Oolong Tea is slightly fermented Ti Kuan Yin Oolong. It is considered the masterpiece of oolong. This lovely orchid-like aroma fills the air after steeping. The taste offers a honey-like sweetness with a hint of floral notes.

Brewing Instructions: 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of just below boiling water. Infusion: Ready in 5 minutes. Re-steep this tea 3 times.
